Tabetha Zimmerman

Tabetha Zimmerman is the Chief of Staff at SHSF. Tabetha Zimmerman is the founder of Steam Hospitality, an incubator designed for the underrepresented that serves 80+ businesses. Steam Hospitality has a particular focus on supporting business owners that share Zimmerman’s experiences with intergenerational incarceration, poverty, and food insecurity. In addition to providing back-end business and advisory services to portfolio companies, Steam’s recent corporate social responsibility work includes launching an open-source FFCRA toolkit and the Bailout Small Business Project.

Prior to Steam Hospitality, Zimmerman managed and built teams at luxury hotel brands, including The Four Seasons and Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants. Zimmerman’s teams won top-shelf industry awards, including AAA Five Diamonds and Michelin Stars.  She graduated from The George Washington University with a B.S. in Information Systems and a M.A. in Tourism & Hospitality.
